The Apex 9mm Drop-In Threaded Barrel for M&P is built to handle that environment without rust or fuss. Machined from premium cold hammer forged stainless steel blanks, this barrel resists corrosion better than standard options—critical for daily carry along the Florida coast where moisture is constant.

Thread pattern is 1/2-28, the industry standard for 9mm suppressors and compensators. Twist rate is 1:10”, optimized for stable bullet flight with common defensive and range loads. Each barrel comes with a black corrosion-resistant finish and includes a thread protector with a captive O-ring, so your threads stay clean and protected when the suppressor is off.

This is a true drop-in barrel. No fitting required. Remove your factory barrel, install this one, and you’re ready to run. It fits Smith & Wesson M&P full-size, Compact, and Core series pistols. If you’re running a pistol with a Loaded Chamber Indicator (LCI) in the slide, you will need to either remove the LCI or install the Apex No Profile Loaded Chamber Indicator Block (sold separately). Without that block, the barrel will not function correctly with the LCI installed.
